Annie Lai is currently a Manager, Human Resources at UBC. Through her progressive HR career in both the private and public sectors, Annie has been recognized as a proactive HR business partner to collaborate with leaders and align people and culture strategies with organizational results. Committed to community leadership in the areas of youth and early career leadership development programs, Annie previously co-chaired the YWCA Metro Vancouver Youth Advisory Council and served on various advisory councils including the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade and CPHR BC & Yukon. Annie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC, and looks forward to bringing her unique blend of HR professional expertise and youth development advisory experience to CityHive.
