Imagine how much could change if youth learned how their cities operate, how decisions are made and were equipped with the tools to make a difference.
We have a vision to cultivate cities where youth are involved in civic planning, shaping and decision-making and we run cohort-based programs, workshops and events to engage youth in unlocking the potential of what's achievable.
Our programs are built in collaboration with city staff, elected officials and community organizations to develop relevant programming that addresses local issues and challenges.

Classroom Workshops
Workshops for high school educators, emphasizing interactive and engaging approaches to learning about civic progress. These sessions are designed to provide a hands-on experience that fosters a deep understanding of cities and their dynamics.

Cohort Programs
For young individuals interested in engaging more deeply with community organizing or participating in local decision-making processes, there are 2-3 month programs available that utilize CityHive’s Knowledge-to-Action framework. This approach provides valuable insights and practical skills to contribute to community initiatives effectively.
